Vanillezucker<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 TL Zitronensaft<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zubereitung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Butterkekse zerbr\u00f6seln, gut mit der fl\u00fcssigen Butter vermischen und die Mischung auf den Boden einer Backform dr\u00fccken. Bei 180 \u00b0C Ober-\/Unterhitze im vorgeheizten Ofen 5 &#8211; 10 Minuten vorbacken, dann herausholen.<br><br>Den Zucker mit Speisest\u00e4rke, Frischk\u00e4se und Magerquark cremig r\u00fchren. Das Ei, die Sahne und den Zitronensaft dazugeben und alles glatt r\u00fchren. Nicht mit dem R\u00fchrger\u00e4t schlagen, sondern langsam cremig r\u00fchren, das ist ganz wichtig. Die Creme auf den vorgebackenen Boden streichen. Den Kuchen weitere ca. 45 Minuten backen.
